The Brinnon Group is a non-profit corporation set up by your neighbors. 
We research the plans for the resort and share information with the community to help educate our neighbors on the plans and opportunities for comment. 

We file legal actions... to challenge the development.  We have filed two appeals with the Growth Management Board,  two actions in Superior Court, and have combined the actions in the District 2 State Court of Appeals. Jefferson County and Statesman asked the Court of Appeals to dismiss our appeal and to rule that our appeal was frivolous.  The Court of Appeals said:  "The respondent's motion for dismissal and for attorney fees are both denied.  The appeal is not frivolous."

We have filed appeals with the Department of Ecology over the Statesman water rights applications. 

We listen to...the concerns expressed by community members and use these concerns in writing letters, testifying at public meetings, and educating state and county officials on issues.
